With nearly two decades of experience in livestock nutrition, Trevor has dedicated his career to optimizing feedlot performance through science-based nutrition strategies.
His background includes two years in dairy nutrition, two years in biotechnology sales, and 14 years specializing in feedlot nutrition & management consulting, making him a trusted resource for producers looking to enhance efficiency.
Trevor’s education includes a Beef Major from Olds College and a Feedlot Nutrition RT Ag certification, providing him with both technical expertise and a deep understanding of production agriculture.
He approaches his work with integrity, professionalism, and perseverance—always prioritizing customer needs and adapting to the evolving challenges of the industry.

Jeff holds a Business Administration Diploma and a BSc in Animal Science, equipping him with both technical knowledge and business acumen. His approach is rooted in honesty, integrity, and professionalism, ensuring that every client receives innovative, science-based solutions tailored to their operation’s needs.

Bruce Mitschke
Feedlot Support Specialist
With 42 years of experience in animal agriculture, Bruce has dedicated his career to optimizing cattle production, performance, and benchmarking.
He spent 35 years as a senior sales associate with Elanco Animal Health, where he specialized in animal health product sales, production consulting, and performance benchmarking. More recently, he has served as a Feedlot Support Specialist at Cargill Animal Nutrition, working alongside consulting nutritionists to enhance feedlot efficiency and success.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan and is recognized for his expertise in feedlot production and performance evaluation. His approach is built on integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on customer success, always seeking innovative solutions to help producers thrive in a competitive industry.
